The owner, David Lew returned my…read moreinitial call in just a couple of hours, gave me a couple of options and a firm quote and we set a date on the calendar for him to come out. I like the fact that he called the night before - just as a reminder. He arrived on time - with a clean truck and trailer, "booties" over his shoes, ready to work. We walked through the house as he explained everything he could and couldn't do. Again, I liked the fact that David didn't make a bunch of promises . I was working in another room of my house while he was cleaning my carpets. Every 20 or 30 minutes, I'd get up to view the progress. David continued working, but took the time to explain what he was doing, or how the water/steam was working or answer any questions I had. David finished in just a couple of hours - put all his hoses and corner protectors in his truck before finalizing our contract. All in all - I found David to be tremendously professional, extremely knowledgeable and I must rate his service as A#1. I highly recommend Over the Top Cleaning.

Charlie and Mannie came out to inspect the damage a few days later and stated that basically the damage done by the machine was due to poor installation of the tile by the original contractor. When asked how much it would costs to repair, Charlie stated $250.00. First of all, I would have thought that Renu would have covered the repair since it was their equipment that caused the damage. It's easy to blame it on the contractor who installed it year's earlier, right! I told them that was too much, so Mannie said how about $200 when I did not reply he then said how about $175. Mannie then said that he would come by the next morning at 9am and do the repairs, however, he did not show up at the appointed time...unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time.
