Shocking how a shop with a good verity of products can have such poor service. The stuff members at the tills make you feel like you are interrupting and irritating them by simply being there and trying to buy food, a lady at the ready meals is literally there watching films on her phone and you have to ring a bell to get served, it takes ages for her to get to you as well. Its sad how people don't adopt to a British lively and friendly culture and act like they're still in the Baltic's, I am from Lithuania myself and its brining me back to my childhood when no one would say hello to you in a shop, no one will help and than you feel utterly uncomfortable to even be there.
I highly recommend the management to do some sort of a training for the stuff members to at least ask them to be polite to the customers, it doesn't cost anything to say hello back when a customer does, help them if they ask for something and simply acknowledge their existence.Shame. read more
