On top of that, I was charged for both Natalie and Ken to attend meetings together. Even communication was frustrating. My emails were ignored for a week, and I had to send a second follow-up just to get a response. They act like they care, but there is no genuine sympathy. At one meeting, Natalie even shed tears , but it felt insincere, because at the end of the day, all she seemed to care about was money.
