He successfully maneuvered and distorted our rules to ensure the current board could stay in power with convoluted legal reasoning that would make any lawyer proud! The way he shut down debate on that one and made sure no one could question his reasoning? Masterful! That was some spectacular lawyering! Please, hire him, with a big contract! He will certainly do all he can to keep your board members in place and do all he can to ensure that any board members who try to make things better are run off the board. He's really great at that!
