I'd recommend Dewitt to any one buying real estate, especially in the waterfront area in north NJ (Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, West New York, Edgewater etc. ) He is very good in managing all transaction details in this area with its waterfront condo buildings and complexities that often come with them (ongoing lawsuits on buildings, for example).
