I was advised that the firm would need 30 days and then I would be advised if the firm would take my case. It took four months for the firm to come back and decide not to take me on. As a former civil paralegal myself, I know that the civil litigation window, as far as filing suit, is only two years. I lost three months while in holding. When I was finally advised that my case was declined, I received a copy of the formal letter via email only. That is very unprofessional. The only reason I will give two stars is that the paralegal was a gem. Now I have to look for another attorney before the window closes to sue. I would advise going somewhere else.

When I would call, my lawyer was often "sick" or "in court" or "at lunch", rarely able to talk on the phone. Needless to say, after a full year, he sees a small problem (info from an entire year before--it wasn't new) and entirely quits. DON'T WASTE AN ENTIRE YEAR like I did and find a firm that's not lazy and sad like Snyder Sarno.
