As a former civil paralegal myself, I know that the civil litigation window, as far as filing suit, is only two years. I lost three months while in holding. When I was finally advised that my case was declined, I received a copy of the formal letter via email only. That is very unprofessional. The only reason I will give two stars is that the paralegal was a gem. Now I have to look for another attorney before the window closes to sue. I would advise going somewhere else.

Yesterday he emailed me to inform me that he had received his attorney fees and that my check had been lost in the mail. He also told me that I would now only be getting $47k instead of $80,000. He and one of the partners of Starr- Gern had argued with me some months earlier to take a very small offer from the insurance Co. I told them both that I wanted to go to trial. We did and I won with very little help from him. I don't know what Henry Cistrelli specializes in but can say from experience that I would be very surprised to hear that it is workers comp law.
