My mother got face and neck lift, upper and lower eyelift, endoscopy brow lift. No results at all from ANY of the procedures. None at all. He botched her eyes so bad. He left the top eyelid covered in lumps and bumps. And sewn her eyes down so she now has a sad tired look now. Without her consent he gave her a temporal brow lift instead of the endoscopy brow lift she wanted and paid for. Temproril just lifts the outer corner of your eye brows,a endoscopy gets rid of for head wrinkles. Why would he give a 70 year old woman a temporal. No results from any of the very costly procedures Dr Cil just made her look worse with the botched eyes. He stitched her up so bad. She was left with jagged uneven stitches with big bumps in front and behind ears. He also lied and said all stitches were dissolvable. They were not and because in for so long she had to be rushed to hospital in our home country because they were infected so bad. She could have died. I received lip lift, upper eyelift and endoscopy brow lift from Dr Cil. Again without Informing me or getting my consent he performed a temporal brow lift on me instead of the endoscopy I wanted and paid for. Again no results at all from the surgerys. But he left folds in my top eyelids I never had before. Also my stitches on sides of head got Infected from being lied to saying they are dissolvable when they were not. What kind of doctor is this its like he just cut us open did nothing and badly sewn us back together again. Dr Cil is a horrible plastic surgery who doesn't care for his patients outcomes and is in to much of a rush. We believe Medical Park Hospital just SCAMS foreigners. Scams us for money. Medical Park has taken no accountability for this happening. We paid so much money just to have no results and be left with botched eyes. When she recently asked for her medical records, another surgeon, Dr. Ileri (a former staff member) was recorded as the surgeon in medical records. Her true surgeon Dr. Ramirez is not recorded in any records. It was also said that the patient had had a consult with Dr. Ileri prior to surgery. Our daughter had had a consult with Dr. Ramirez, and was in the understanding Dr. Ramirez performed surgery on her, as well as on other patients. In fact, this is also claimed by Dr. Ramirez in emails to our daughter, and she had been a patient of Dr. Ramirez prior and after surgery performed in the Medical Park Goztepe Hospital. Dr. Ileri helped to arrange for a hotel and the payment in cooperation with Dr. Ramirez, however never did she discuss any surgery details prior to surgery with our daughter. Dr. Ileri is a former resident of Dr. Ramirez and the mother of one of his daughters; she has not been the surgeon performing surgery on our daughter however. That surgeon was Dr. Ramirez. When our daughter pointed out that the incorrect surgeon was recorded in her medical records, staff member Mrs. Denizer, blaimed our daughter of 'out of line' and illegal behavior in front of other staff members, saying she had enquired about other patients' records. This while our daughter asked for her own medical records. In addition Mrs. Denizer told our daughter Turkish regulations allow to have only a staff member of the hospital (such as Dr. Ileri) 'on file' if a 'visiting professor' comes to perform surgery. Consulting with an attorney, we were told this is absolutely incorrect. We are worried that a patient can be treated this way, and that it is possible to receive medical records with the incorrect surgeon in them from a hospital such as the Medical Park Goztepe Hospital. It has been a stressful experience for our daughter. We hope this surprising and worrisome treatment of a patient, is not the result of an (as stated by Mrs. Denizer) renowned surgeon having performed surgery in the hospital and that a hospital such as the Medical Park Goztepe Hospital would keep patient safety and regulations in mind even if it concerns a renowned surgeon. We have not received a response of Mrs. Denizer to our question to receive contact information of a supervisor.

I was feeling in safe hands since I contacted Ibrahim (dr. Jale consultant), dr. Jale assistant and Ezgi, to the nurses in Istanbul Cerrahi Hospital. All of them took care of me all the time I spent there. The operation was smooth, the recovery was painful, but thats normal. However, after every my "Oouch" the nurses were asking me every time "pain?" and few minuts later they were next to me with painkillers. They were helping me through the whole first night in the hospital. All of them so kind. Also, dr. Jale and her assistant were checking my progress almost every day.
