They rotate the learning themes (colors, shapes, animals) weekly, and the teachers send home simple activity suggestions so I can reinforce at home. That kind of consistency makes the transition between home and school smoother. Communication is excellent. I get daily sheets: what my child ate, nap times, mood changes, diapering, and any notable interactions. If something odd happens, tears, reluctance to eat, a small bump, they call me or text me right away. Once, my child was unusually tired mid-morning. They let me know, and when I picked him up early, the staff helped me with suggestions on adjusting bedtimes and naps. It showed they're not just checking boxes, but really see each child as a person. One example that sticks out: on his birthday, the staff threw a little celebration- balloons, a healthy snack treat, and each teacher took a minute to talk to him and tell him how proud they were.
