We always feel safe when they are there, and know they are in good hands. We pickup and drop off at variable times, and there have never been any concerns. The meals are balanced and home cooked. The backyard is wonderful, and the kids learn a lot, and we are kept well informed of what they are learning. We are sad to say goodbye and hope to find somewhere half as wonderful down near our new home after we moved for my husbands work.

if i could give zero stars i would. please see below:…read more this is the experience that i have had with a daycare in east texas, in no way is any information false or given with malicious intent. this is for informative purposes only ************this happened at usa planet kids in tyler texas they have been rude to me, rude to my mom and to my child all because i had a problem with my child's face being attacked and there was no accident report on file. the childcare facility is now stating that my 2 yr. old child who has never been a problem is injuring himself and telling the teacher to "write it up" after telling me who the child was that was doing this to my baby-flip flopping their story was sign number 10 million that something was wrong. i feel that this daycare is hiding something. they seemed very defensive and acted extremely apprehensive about letting me see the video footage as there is "no audio". if you know anyone who has a child that attends this childcare facility please spread the word. this is not the first complaint made, they have serveral demerits on file with the state, at least 33 and teacher turnover rate is significantly high. parents i urge you to be cautious with the individuals taking care of your children.

Horrible daycare. Very neglectful of kids and does not change diapers as needed. I picked my child…read moreup several times with a full diaper and one day his diaper was overflowing to where his whole side was wet from not being changed. I had to remove his clothes myself and change his diaper and put clean clothes on him in the classroom because he had not been tended to by any of his teachers. The teachers excuse was that the director and assistant director told them not to change him because "he was not allowing them to change him" but did not inform me of what was going on until I was the one that addressed them about it. Very dumb. There is bad communication to the parents on what is going on with their kids. The teachers in the 3 year old classroom are lazy and one of them has a bad attitude. Do not send your kids here.
