I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Justensen and the entire wound care team at KU. After months of…read morestruggling with a non-healing wound, I came in feeling worried and overwhelmed. From the very first visit, I was treated not just as a patient, but as a human being. I especially want to recognize Lynn at reception for always being warm and welcoming. The nurses -- Stacey, Mariam, Kristen, Sarah, and Shelley -- are absolutely exceptional. Each of them has shown genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. They take the time to listen, explain every step, and make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. I have never once felt rushed or dismissed. Dr. Justensen is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly compassionate. The level of empathy and quality of care this team provides goes beyond medical treatment -- they restore confidence, dignity, and hope during a very vulnerable time. Wound care can be physically and emotionally draining, but this team makes you feel safe, supported, and respected every step of the way. I highly recommend KU's Wound Care to anyone needing specialized, compassionate treatment. You will truly be in the best hands.

After rushing to get my appointment and arriving a little late, the check-in person was so warm and friendly that I was not frantic anymore. She was very personable and kind. The radiologist also had a good bedside manner. She completed my test and I was on my way.

That choice can cost patients thousands of dollars but they can't be bothered even though you have to pay out of pocket. That's not something that someone does who cares about their patients. This is a practice for someone who doesn't have health insurance and wants to risk huge medical bills. But hope that you don't ever need a diagnosis code - to transfer care, to get treatment at a hospital, to go on disability - because our country uses diagnosis codes as the standard of practice, so their lack of interest in spending the time is at the expense of patient well being. Why would anyone pay for a doctor who does not care about their long term well-being or having thousands of dollars out of pocket because the provider doesn't want to learn diagnostic codes?

I appreciate their option to text and email questions whenever and how they don't work with insurance companies. By eliminating the insurance component, they are able to save their time and energy, for their patients instead. It's great AND, it shows!!! Love the Health Suite 110!!!

I would strongly caution any parent considering Dr. Paul Moore Jr. Based on our experience, I…read morecannot recommend him for pediatric care. My son was seen for mild cold symptoms, and no testing was performed, he was prescribed an inhaler and sent home. Within a short time, his condition worsened significantly, including a fever over 103°F, severe cough, and chills. When we called the on-call line, we were given unclear medication instructions that did not make sense. Attempts to get clarification resulted in long delays, and when the doctor finally responded, he was dismissive and unprofessional, telling us "that's for you to figure out, not me." We have since switched providers, and our son tested positive for Flu B--an illness that can be serious in children if not properly evaluated. This experience showed a lack of urgency, professionalism, and thorough care. I would EXTREMELY! advise against Dr. Moore to any family. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The current providers are okay, but the office and support staff are the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Not sure if they take any kind of oath, but there is zero effort made to provide any kind of service or care. Unanswered phone calls, unreturned messages, rude and condescending attitudes, difficulties in getting even basic response or assistance. Not worth dealing with them - wasted too much time with this group and will be moving on.
