The doctors are extremely talented and the care is top-notch. They have an ICU and multiple other facilities in this the nurses over here in the parts center are very talented. We worked with somebody called Emily and she was outstanding. The front office is very efficient and they follow HIPAA guidelines and make sure that the security is good. This place does have a great cafeteria for a very nominal prizes everything over here that you find is very cheap. I definitely recommend this place for new parents.

They also post lab results for the patient to see. And... they call you and go over the results with you if anything is out of the ordinary. Getting blood work done is fast and easy. Don't have to make appointments. I am usually in and out in 10-20 minutes. They have been doing a lot of expanding at the main hospital location. I like the new offices. Much improved over the old offices.

The radiology department all this time have been cloning my diagnostic reports and never looking at the actual scan. Even leaving fragments of sentences that were copied and pasted saying "redemonstrates from 2023" not even looking at 2025 scan that shows it at 31mm. Sunday May 31st I coughed up blood with both lungs collapsed at the base due to tumor size and also blood in my urine due to the tumor restricting the blood flow to my kidneys and a partially paralyzed colon. The radiologist said there was no tumor it was gone and the ER doctor just took his word and sent me home. Today June 2nd I have a telehealth visit with vascular and she viewed the scans and found the mass. She's refusing to correct the mistake made by ER and radiology and admit me as I should have been Sunday and the only reasoning is "it was a telehealth visit not in person so no request to admit". Check your scans!!! They have only copied and pasted not once in six months have any one in radiology actually viewed my scans and they used an outdated report "redemonstrates from 2023 leaving the 2025 six fold growth out. Good thing for KU I had that appointment today because I had stopped the blood thinners that are keeping blood moving around a small space of the MASS. I would have certainly died had I not had that appointment today. And the issues their negligent has caused in my family is inconsevable I've been alienated from my entire family. One communal area door was completed blocked in the men's unit; rooms super small and hard to distinguish the staff from the residents unless they were super young. If it's been a childcare center it would have been closed or minimally cited. The fence to a "garden terrace" was like the leaning tower of Pisa... nearly collapsed and unsafe. The tour guide blamed some things on COVID -but Covid lockdown started 5 years ago and the ratings 5 years ago were still a level one. I really feel sorry for anyone without choices in their long-term care or end of life care. Please tour before you allow your loved one to be placed. Wear a mask because it's one sneeze from an outbreak. I feel for the employees too because it's like clearly you had no other options either. Sorry I'll keep my Dad at home and exhaust his savings and mine before I would allow him to go there.

If my PCP could have gotten me in for an appointment, I wouldn't have been at the urgent care in the first place. The worst part about the experience was the dismissiveness of the student and the lack of professionalism from the overseeing practitioner. She literally walked out of the exam in a fit. Didn't even end the exam just walked out. I wouldn't recommend this urgent care unless you are in desperate need without any other options.
