The first time, the office had not received the referral from my PCM and let me sit in the waiting room for over an hour instead of just telling me they didn't have the referral. Once I realized it, I called my PCM and had the matter settled quickly. When I finally DID see the doctor, I was in there for about five minutes, and my ultrasound (even though I was at 23 weeks) only lasted about a minute, if that much. I did not get to hear the heartbeat, nor did I receive any type of cervical exam, even though I delivered my first child at 25 weeks. On my second visit, I waited over two hours and saw the dr for three minutes, tops. He told me nothing other than my bloodwork was normal and even told me that I wouldn't need an ultrasound at 25 weeks - around the same time I went into labor last time. Thank God my first child was born at a Naval Hospital in San Diego....I received comprehensive care and people took the TIME to make sure my baby and I were ok. NOT THE CASE HERE. Very disappointed. I'm glad we're moving back to a base where we can receive good, quality care. I'm quite certain his office billed me for more than just a five and three minute visit.

Julia and Whitney performed an Acne Sterilization and Black Charcoal Mask treatment on my face. Not only were they gentle but also informative while performing the procedure. Highly recommend visiting these ladies for any skin care procedure. As a man, we tend to be intimidated by visiting a Medical Spa like this but Briarwood has a great atmosphere and positive vibe. They then denied me treatment due to a medical situation that would not have caused the problems they were claiming. I left very upset and consulted my Dr who disputed their claims. I then consulted several other facilities that provide laser tattoo removal who all contradicted what I was told at PB Med spa. I am now under going treatment at another facility with no adverse reactions or complications. I would call their expertise in the services they provide into question. Do your homework before using their facility.

In September 2022 I went to Body Focus for injections and was charged $263. I paid with my credit…read morecard. The next day they called me and said that their computer system hadn't processed my card so they wanted my card number so that they could input it again. I gave them my card number. When I got my credit card statement there were TWO charges for $263. I called them and they said they would try to figure out how to do a refund back to my card. I didn't see a credit on my next bill and I called again. They said they had made a refund to my credit card so I thought it would be on my next statement. NOT!! I called again and they sent me a 'receipt' showing that they gave me the refund. Waited for the next statement. NOT on this one either. I called the credit card company and they gave no record of receiving a credit transaction for me from Body Focus! To this day I have not received my refund. When I called Body Focus they said it was my problem to take up with my credit card company!!
