Jaw-droppingly bad service…read more When I originally called to have my two instruments fixed in October, I was told it was no problem and that it would take about two weeks. The first instrument took about 2 months. During that time he disappeared for several weeks and never communicated once. I started assuming my instruments were gone. By mid-December, I finally got him to answer a call and I was able to get one of my instruments back and I was told the other would be ready for sure before Christmas...it wasn't. In the New Year he was avoiding me again, so I waited some more. By April I had finally had enough and called to demand my instrument back, he answered by saying that it was ready and that I could pick it up that Saturday. On that Saturday, when I called to let him know I was coming by, he informed me that it was still clamped at the moment and that the glue was drying, he promised to drop it off Monday... he didn't. Finally, when we met up on Tuesday, he was amazed that I didn't think it was right to charge full price when the two week job turned into six months of agony, and he literally ran away with my instrument to his car and drove off! When I called him to figure out the situation, he became belligerent, insulted several professions including, plumbers, lawyers and teachers (all we're trying to do is screw him over and want everything for nothing) as well as my nationality. I can't tell anybody where to bring their business but I will certainly never be returning.
