I don't know why the other reviews -- about staff especially -- are so nasty. From doctors to nurses to custodians I was helped by countless people over two days. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was. It's stressful to be in a hospital. But the staff made it not only tolerable -- but pleasant. Many thanks to everyone!

I had to wait 3.5 hours to get someone to stop my bleeding / find me a Bandaid and even had to call the front desk ( which was no help - they told me to push the broken button to call a nurse . they woke me up 4 times because they can't afford a decent heart monitpr and need to make their welfare device work on me . even the Timmins hospital is better than this

Doctors are great for just about any need you have. However, phone lines are an absolute…read morenightmare. Contacting for anything can take upwards of DAYS to get through the phone lines. They are inaccurate in their ''vacations'' turning off the phonelines for random periods of time. The experience getting to the appointment or results is a nightmare, the appointment is always excellent. If you can, just walk in and talk to them, that's the only way you'll see any real results.
