This has to be the worst post office I have ever had the misfortune to use! They spend most of their time behind the scenes trying to look busy, rather than serve! There's the older guy that I actually thought may have had an accident in the past because he is so, so slow! Only to find this is not the case and he is just arrogant (as suggested by one of his work mates). Then another guy, patchy hair, slow and just damn irritating, all you want to do is get served and get out after the long wait but all he's interested in is selling you stuff you don't need or chats away like an old woman after he's served, making the que even longer. Then there's the brash blonde scouse woman and the younger girl with shoulder length dark hair (not the full shilling), crack a smile will you girls! Better than the dirty looks you throw out to all your customers. Every time i have been here I have received nothing but rude comments and dirty looks from staff and i'm not the only one to experience this. I have never had such bad customer service in all my life! There are one or two that are really good at what they do and really upbeat but the others just let the team down, such a contrast. The managers need to do a spot check on this place and sort the dossers from the workers. read more
