I had previously set up my own website for my aesthetics practice on Wix but had recently changed locations, which included a name and logo change as well. I realized this involved a lot more back-end work than I could handle. I am not very tech-savvy. I looked around and found LiveWebMedia through Wix somehow and was connected right away with a live agent, which is huge for me. I strongly dislike answering to automated services or having to repeat myself after speaking with multiple representatives. Once I was connected, I expressed what I needed done, and they gave me a quote and they got to work immediately. From the beginning, everything was done as I wanted. I later paid an additional fee for more tasks I needed done, which I thought was a completely reasonable price. What was also helpful, is I had text message access to my main contact with LiveWebMedia, as well as BaseCamp, which is a communication board in which the team that was working on my project could see what is going on. I felt like my ideas and requests were all met. What was really nice is that I was also sent videos on how to perform certain actions on Wix. I'm a hands-on kind of person, so this was helpful for me to be able to watch the video and perform the task also. I would highly recommend LiveWebMedia for anyone who was in a similar situation as I was, or even if you're just getting started with a website. With the degree of complicated work, I felt they did on my project, I am confident they are capable of doing a lot with websites, connecting accounts, creating website layouts, and so much more.
