He said he would check to see if I could talk to a designer and again never got back to me. Now their voicemail is full, location is locked most days when I try to stop by. And the owner still isn't responding to me when I asked for my deposit back. One of the worst service failures I've ever experienced. On top of all that, I've recently heard from 3 other of their previous customers that their recent work is garbage. One company had crooked logos on their truck, one was covered in bubbles and another one is starting to peel within a few months. You will get better service and final product literally anywhere else.

I needed my laptop for school work that was due the next day. That's when I found Joseph. Calling him a computer repair guy feels disrespectful. He's more like a laptop surgeon! We sat down and he thoroughly inspected everything, explained exactly what liquid damage does internally, and broke it down in a way that even a non-tech person like me could understand. He used simple analogies to explain why certain components fail after spills, which honestly made the whole situation feel less overwhelming. Because I was on a tight deadline, he moved fast. He replaced the top case so I could get up and running immediately. We're calling that "Phase 1" -- basically a strategic band-aid so I could meet my deadline. I'll be going back next week for a deeper repair and full internal assessment once I have more time. What impressed me most: * Clear communication * Honest recommendations (no upselling) * Quick turnaround * Confidence without ego And yes -- he operates out of his home garage. Don't let that throw you off. It's basically a science lab in there. I was genuinely impressed by the level of equipment and Apple parts he had. It felt more like a specialized workshop than a random garage setup. I live on the Westside of LA and made the drive and I'd absolutely do it again. When you find someone competent and trustworthy, distance doesn't matter. If you're dealing with liquid damage, keyboard issues, or any MacBook emergency, Joseph is the real deal. Professional, smart, efficient, and genuinely cares about getting you back up and running. Highly recommend.

Just... WOW, amazed! I have a startup business of my own which operated for a couple of months without basic stuff such as business cards etc. So, I did my own research and paid some money to a guy from Pakistan who took the money (mental note: never do paypal transfers) and never got back to me. I was too scared to try my luck again so I went straight to yelp to search for local companies and found Internetize me. Immediately ,they offered to create the whole corporate ID for a really affordable sum, so I agreed. I got my things back from the printers today (too bad they don't do the printing themselves, but they did refer me to a good printing co.) and I was AMAZED how good everything looks... Shiny, contemporary, clean, just perfect. The manager was really nice (he seemed young over the phone) and tolerated a lot of changes I requested. The whole process was really professional, and what's even more important, fast. The whole corporate ID was done in 4 days. I got 3 really good mock-ups I could choose from. I had my doubts none the less, but the guys probably knew what they were doing, because when printed, everything looks just perfect. They did a great job with my website. I needed somebody to pull it up on Google, so I've tried it with an agency from AZ and a fee of 99$ per month. Of course, nothing happened, 99$ wasted. All they did was post one listing on Google Local. So I got a reference for Internetize.Me from a friend and gave them a call. They immediately told me that it's not going to be cheap as $99 per month if I wanted some real results. So I was charged somewhere in the neighborhood of $750 one time, for the whole process of seo optimization. I was explained that a portion of that money is going to be invested into online ads. A week later I've checked, and the ads were there, exactly as promised. It took some time, almost a month, but my site is in the top. I would recommend Internetize.Me to anyone. They're very professional, honest and hardworking unlike 90% of web companies who are just after your money and won't do the actual work once they get paid. read more

During the past 5 years I was a C.E.O. of a marketing company called DePerlas. I accidentally found "Internetize me" on the internet, and ordered a complete rebranding since they offered me a really good price on it. So they have done designs for my logo, business cards, folders, letterheads etc. in less than a week. I was so happy with the designs that I immediately ordered a web presentation. No surprise there, also done in 2 weeks, sleek, modern and everything I wanted. Later on I have had some problems when they were doing a poster design. I wasn't happy with the designs that were presented to me, however, I called Dusan with who I've already had business a couple of times and everything was resolved the same day. One of the best web design companies I've dealt with. They just finished a promotional website for my book, and I'm more than happy with it... The whole process was very professional, I was given a price, a contract and the time limit for the website to be "live". Everything went like a charm. The site was done way before the deadline, it's original and really done nicely in terms of design. Dusan went above and beyond what was required. He was able to save 95% of the data from a hard drive that otherwise would have been lost. Another IT tech would have sent the drive to a lab which would have been extremely costly. Dusan was honest, upfront and diligent about the state of my device and did not gouge us from a price standpoint. He even returned to our home on a Friday evening.
