Upon arrival, I was happy that Livia Lashes has plenty of parking (lot behind the building). I was lucky to get an appt with Jessica C. Jessica truly cares about her work, is an overall kind soul and is careful to explain what to expect; for example, my left lashes have begun to shed so she explained I was probably feeling her pay more attention to that side and that she was not going to fully fill the right side so it will match the left. I went in as a brand new client. I had seen the advertised special offering 20% off a new site. I guess I made a rookie mistake in not doing the research on which stylist I wanted and I was given someone that admitted to me, she was new, the lashes took a really long time. They are really not what I wanted and not what I envisioned in anyway. They are sparse and much more wispy than I wanted. During my lash appointment, another stylist was very loudly speaking to another new client who asked if they had any specials. This woman apparently had not seen the advertised special running through the end of March. This stylist gladly said since you are a new customer I will give you $50 off so your lash appointment will be 150. When I went to pay my stylist still quoted me the 200 and when I asked about the new client special she then made an odd smiling face and said " will you be coming in for a fill? " I responded that I live here part time and would not be in the near future. She then said, "well I guess I can give that to you." She then quoted me 160. It was a little awkward for me, knowing that the other stylist offered a $50 discount and I was paying more than that. So obviously I had an issue with being charged $10 more than the other brand new customer and secondly, the fact that she was only going to offer this if I was going to be returning for a fill which is not what they add states. When I got home, I was a little disappointed to see that two of my lashes had already fallen out, and several of them were really quite wonky. I slept on my back, terrified that I would destroy my lashes before the wedding. I need to attend this weekend and looking closer at the Lashes the space between the base of the Lash, and where the lash extensions start to me just seems quite extreme. It's at least a 4-5mm spacing, and I really would've liked the lashes right up against my lash base because it's pretty obvious. Do I like the salon? Yes I do and it's adorable. Do I think the other stylist most likely do much better work absolutely. I will not return to this stylist, but would still recommend your salon. read more

I love the lashes that Tatum does for me! I have hooded, downturned eyes and they don't work with the typical lash maps. Tatum customized a look for me that I absolutely love and she nails the exact style, the exact amount of fans I like for my hybrid volume, all of it. I couldn't stay as I had horrible vertigo. Ashley is professional. She swears, talks about her other clients, and takes personal calls during appointments. Well. Let's begin with - 2 HOURS??? You need to keep your peeps closed and unmoving for 2 (two) whole hours.
