This was my first time doing facial and I was very nervous because my skin is very sensitive and prone to breakouts when used new products. I picked the signature facial as I was unfamiliar with what would be good for me or my skin. However, Arlene was so gentle, explained each product as she went to the process. Constantly checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable and okay with the products and process. It made me feel so comfortable and confident that not only she knows what she's doing but she also knows very well how to take care of her customers. Took my fiancé here for his birthday and wow! What a delightful experience! The staff was extremely accommodating and worked around my Saturday schedule (they stayed open longer than usual in order to accommodate us). The spa was NEAT, CLEAN, and EXPERTLY DECORATED. Of course it was pricey $$$ but that's expected for this type of experience. It was a little tricky to FIND the location, but one of the ladies stayed on the phone with me and helped direct me to their specific location. I do wish that they offered same-room couples massages, but even while separated, we both enjoyed the massages. (My therapist was pretty silent during the massage, just letting the soothing music fill the space and so it was very easy to doze into a relaxing sleep. My fiancé said his therapist was a bit more talkative and engaged him in conversation for a good portion of the massage, but she was so darn friendly, he couldn't find it within himself to even complain haha. My therapist was Karen and my stepmom I believe had Gina. She loved her experience and so did I. Karen scrubbed my body and applied the wrap and after massages oils into my fresh new skin.
