I've had all three of my bigger tattoos done here, all specifically by Nick. He's an amazingly talented artist, and knows exactly when to give you a break. Here's the last tattoo I got from him- which I am over the moon about. He works with you to have a design that is both what you want and what he is able to execute flawlessly. 100% recommend!!!!!

I got my first tattoos about a week ago and went to Living Arts Tattoo as it was highly recommended by two coworkers. I had mine done by Ryan who was very professional and friendly. He listens very well and eased any nervousness I had. The entire staff was super nice as well. If I decide to get more ink, definitely going back there

I can't decide where to start, every aspect of my experience with Ryan today was absolutely on point. 1. I'm visiting from California so my sister stopped in and explained what herself, our mom, and I wanted to have done earlier this week. The staff was wonderful about accommodating my not extremely flexible schedule and after getting an idea of what we wanted they were totally cool with sketching our ideas up when we came in. 2. This was my moms first tattoo, she was nervous and jumpy and had millions of questions. Not only was Ryan helpful, but he was calming and full of knowledge in every possible area. My sister and I made her go first so she wouldn't chicken out and Ryan explained everything and started slow so she knew what to expect. 3. He was totally real with us. He told me if I did mine any smaller it wouldn't turn out right so we slightly altered his design and bingo, it was exactly how I pictured it. My mom had a general idea but wasn't sure what picture she wanted with our coordinates, what started with feet ended up being a heart, flower, and crown to represent her children and Ryan totally flowed with the changes and would throw in advice as we needed it. 4. The environment was clean and it was clear the tools were taken care of. We watched him set up and clean everything and our constant conversation never bothered him. We actually got to know a bit about him which made our experience even more personal and meaningful. 5. His work is impeccable. His attention to detail and killer skills (especially small line work) was like nothing I have ever seen before. I am beyond thrilled and excited over how perfectly all three of our tattoos came out. I can't wait to have him do a more detailed piece for me when I'm back for Christmas. This dude is a gem and anyone that is tattooed by him is extremely lucky to experience his style. I couldn't possibly be any happier, thank you so much Ryan!

Got another tattoo done about 10 months ago. This one was rough for me, I haven't really wanted to talk about it, but it came out so perfect I just have to add a review. I worked up another tattoo after my father passed. Personally spent 100+ hours finding fonts, doing preliminary designs, and then lots and lots of fixing and tweaking. Eventually I had it perfect and went down to see Steve again. Set up an appointment got some gorgeous work done. It came out exactly how I wanted and is simply perfect. A variation of a Goethe quote "Nothing is more important than this day" with a small green triangle as the punctuation. I also have to say that I sent my friend Trish down there as well after she had a bad experience with another vendor in the area and she said that Brian was awesome, made her feel very comfortable and she loves the work!

I had my tattoo done by Ryan. Took two 2 hour sessions plus a final visit to do touch ups. It was a complex design, and so I was a little worried at first but it went really well. He was really chill, took my input and also gave me his experience, so by the end I had a gorgeous piece of art that's going to be something I treasure. Pain was minimal, getting your eyebrows threaded hurts more than a tattoo to be honest. The shop is very clean, they have their certificates up on the wall for you to see, and they don't pressure you at all. They really want you to get what you want.

My first tattoo, very happy with it.

Had my first tattoo here about 4 months ago. My best friend and I were walk-ins about an hour before they closed and I didn't get in the chair till about 25 minutes. They were very nice about it and they took me despite that fact! It didn't hurt at all- they did a great job on the design too. I recommend it to anyone, Josh Hoffman did a great job on my first tattoo and I'm proud to show it off!!! The price was worth it.

my friend and i decided to start getting tattoos a little over a month ago and came once a week for a few weeks to get a few small tattoos. i now have ten done by either Harry or Mike, and my friend has five all done by Harry. they all turned out AMAZING, and if there was a concern about how it would heal, they ensured they would touch it up for free when it was ready (which they have done and they all turned out amazing!). i have attached some of the ones i got done here for reference, but i love how they ALL turned out. the prices are extremely fair and the environment is what keeps us coming back. everyone is so chill and really makes the experience feel safe and fun. great dudes great place, will be coming back in the future when i decide to get more.

I've been getting tattooed for almost as long as I've been alive, I'm about 70% covered now, and Living Arts is the only shop I go to for my work. The owner, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable and very talented, though any of the resident artists will serve you well. Moreover, the tattooers aren't hesitant to shut down an idea that simply will not translate well onto the skin; making a buck off of the inexperienced is not a priority here. Don't be fooled by ignorant one star reviews regarding reception; the ART at Living Arts is exceptional. And considering the constantly growing number of shops sprouting up like mushrooms these days, that's saying a lot. Feel comfortable and unintimidated at Living Arts!

Steve Farley at Living Arts Tattoo does INCREDIBLE work. Very precise and every intricate detail is flawless. His work seems to come alive on your skin with all the color and perfection. This is my 19 year old son's 1st tattoo and believe me I did alot of research within the Ti-state area and my work was not in vane. I picked the BEST. PS. Very clean and all needles are prepackaged. And Bloodborne Pathogens Tattoo body piercing Certified

I got this tattoo to commemorate my grandmother who brought us gifts from the museums she visited, including many kokopelli figurines.

So lucky to have Yardley Tattoo in Bucks County! From my first nervous email to the final session,…read moreeverything was professional, kind, and reassuring -- truly a safe space. The shop is immaculate. Luiza is a wonderful person and an incredibly talented artist who created a beautiful custom full-arm piece and refreshed my ankle tattoo. We did two half-day sessions that flew by, and I absolutely love my fine-line tattoos. Highly recommend -- I may already be planning my next one!

Yardley Tattoo owners, Max and Lisa, are such wonderful and kind people and am so glad they chose to bring their talents to Yardley, PA. Their shop is very welcoming, cozy and clean. My first tattoo here and most recent tattoo were both inked by the owner Max aka danger_pop. I got my first piece in memory of my grandmothers. I shared my vision/high level concept I had in mind, the symbolism then Max ran with it and designed what is now inked on me. When I saw the mock up for the first time, I cried happy tears. It took two full day sessions and Max explained everything in depth, made sure I was good with the placement and got to work. It's been 2.5 years, has healed beautifully and I absolutely love seeing this work of art each day. An added bonus is I receive so many compliments and happily share my love of Yardley Tattoo. I also have 2 flash tattoos, candy hearts saying 'love hurts' from their 2023 Valentine's Day flash event and a 4 leaf clover from November 2024. Both were tons of fun, quick and healed beautifully! (Love their flash events!) September 2024 - Max designed and inked my reddish color rose. I wasn't 100% decided on placement and Max was so patient, brainstormed placement ideas with future ink in mind. It has also healed beautifully and the color, design and just everything about it is stunning!! I also get lots of compliments on this one. I highly recommend Yardley Tattoo and think they are an amazing addition to the Yardley community and lower Bucks county. I love seeing small business owners succeed and wish Lisa, Max and team all the best!

I went into my appointment bubbly and excited for my friend and I to get meaningful tattoos for someone we have lost, and to get a bff matching "freckle tattoo," too. Due to my depression, I have not gotten out too much in the past couple years, so this was a big day for me on my healing journey. I drove over an hour away from NJ. From the moment we first interacted with Rob at the appointment, his tone was demeaning, condescending, disrespectful, annoyed, disgusted, disgruntled, and flat out mean. My friend got her tattoo done first, and when I stood up to take a 2 second video to document our special day/tattoos, he snapped at me that I needed to sit down bc I was a peripheral distraction. He was annoyed I asked him if a bathroom was closeby, and told me I had to wait instead of him just telling me where it was. When it was my turn to be tattooed, I asked if he could put a little paw print over the "i" in my dogs name. He said no. I asked if he could put a heart there? He scoffed and begrudgingly said "ugh, yeah. I guess?" When he did the placement I was unsure if I wanted the front or the back of my arm, so I asked him to do the stencil on the back of my arm too, in which he was annoyed. I was unsure of how the tattoo fit my arm and the placement, and as I stood there and debated with my friend, he offered no insight, just sat there silent and looking disgusted. Meanwhile I am standing there holding my dogs toy, who passed away, just trying to get it right. I have anxiety and the more I could not decide, and the more he made me feel uncomfortable, I was like nervously touching my arm in areas, in which he yelled at me "I TOLD YOU. DONT TOUCH YOUR ARM. THATS NOT SANITARY." Then when I nervously put my phone on the arm of the chair, again got berated for not being sanitary. The more discomfort I felt, I got upset and undecided on the tattoo, to which I offered a solution to us just standing ther awkwardly getting no direction or input from him, and I said "can you just do the freckle tattoo for me while i decide on the placement for my dog tattoo?" to which he appallingly replied, "well I am not your servant." Up until that point, l'd let go being berated for literally every word I said and move I made in the presence of this man, but that was enough for me. I told him the way he had treated me was unacceptable, and that I no longer felt comfortable getting the tattoo for my dog. Since my friend had already gotten her freckle tattoo, I felt I had to at least do that, because it was supposed to be meaningful for us, and I didn't want us leaving with only her having got it done. Defeats the whole purpose. So he did the freckle tattoo for me, then said he would just keep my security deposit($50). So I paid $50 for a freckle tattoo, smaller than a pencil eraser and to be treated in an abusive manner. I waited a few days to post this, to see if he would reach out to try to take accountability, but nothing. I am far from a sensitive person, and I know how to defend myself against bullies, so I post this for the people who might be more sensitive than I, who are unable to stand up for themselves. I would not want anyone else to ever have to go through the experience that I did, as it was emotionally damaging even for me.
