After months of getting runaround from different manufactured home sales people, through the VIP mortgage team (one of the few places who will finance a construction loan for a manufactured home) I found Mark. I must tell you this man is a gem! From day one he was super responsive and even took an order from a different manufacturer to his manufacturer and matched the specifications for me. He guided me throughout the process and everything was great until I finally met face-to-face with the final numbers from the bank and unfortunately had to cancel the project. I have no doubt whatsoever that I would have been completely satisfied with the home and the process because this man was on top of every detail.
