She is very rude and unprofessional I do not know how she is still employed because she already has many negative reviews on YELP. I was renting one of the properties she manages for 3 years and every time a maintenance request was submitted she would take up to 2 weeks to respond and up to a month to send someone to fix the issue. I was never behind on rent and considered myself a great tenant. I had an issue with the boiler and was left with no hot water during the winter for almost a month. Another issue was when our washer started leaking water so I stopped using it and automatically contacted her and submitted a maintenance request she took almost a month to send someone to fix the washer which was very inconvenient because I had to go to the laundromat until the washer was fixed. At the end of our lease when we had to conduct an exit walk through she tried to amend the lease contract by trying to set her own rules about how everything needed to be done. On our lease agreement it stated that we needed to contact the property manager to get the correct paint color for the home so we can do our own touch ups and that is exactly what we did. She provided us with a screenshot of the paint color/name via text so that exact paint color was purchased. When she did the exit walk through she automatically stated that it was the incorrect color and that she never provided me with the name of the paint. I proceeded to show her the text message she sent and she stated that I was "trying to set her up" because she never texted that even though I showed her previous conversations that I already had with her with the same phone number. I was in shock that someone in a professional field would even think to say that. I have never been treated so poorly nor disrespected by someone the way she did. I would advise anyone that uses her as a property manager to always keep records of conversations with her.

With a home partly full of furniture and numerous drawers full of their personal items remaining it was absolutely ridiciously unappropriate conditions for a final walkthrough, especially after Brandi informend us the sellers had closed on their portion the previous week. Really!! That is when everything went south with Brandi because we wanted a final walktrough after the sellers moved completely out to assure proper property condition. The remainder of the communication with Brandi was cold and unprofessional on her part. Really, who was she really working for...the seller or buyer?

My lease was to end on September 30th, but we cleaned the unit up and I vacated the premises on September 4th. I learned that someone else had moved in the following weekend and much to my surprise, when I got my refund back, it also included most of the rent I paid for September. Annai was always a pleasure to deal with on issues and when I paid the rent. Kudos to Robert for being honest and returning my rental money for the rest of September.
