I couldn't be more wrong, and was so happy to find hair artist Philip Joseph. He has consistently worked with me on my color, color changes and cuts. I hate cutting my hair and rarely do it, but he manages to make you feel secure by talking to you where both of you manage and meet your expectations. He is a creative, professional stylist and knows his line very well. I can not give them a good review based on my own experience. I generally cancel my membership for…read morethe summer and come back in the fall. I have gone to the Peak since Access Fitness closed. Greg was the manager of Access Fitness and I was never talked down to or treated contemptuously by his staff. The Peak staff at the West Bank Landing failed to cancel my membership correctly then charged my account. When I attempted to inform them of the error I was blamed and asked to prove and show my receipt and email it to them. I was additionally mocked for doing all of the above by another member of the staff. I followed the chain of command and was told at every turn it was my error and not theirs. Ultimately I had to talk to my bank after it was made evident they would not take accountability and further the issue up the chain of command. I was aggrieved to be required to go to such lengths because of the attitude and lack of action taken by the staff at multiple levels. Suffice it to say I will not ever be rejoining.

She was also VERY rough the entire time, even if I mentioned it to her here and there and I felt a bit uncomfortable because the procedure takes a few hours and she was not very talkative at all. After everything, my hair turned out very badly and the top layers of my hair did not even take to the perm/curl. This means only the bottom layers of my hair are curled and the top layers are legitimately just straight/slightly wavy. I'm skeptical that this happened because my hairdresser started rushing towards the end of things. Only giving 3 stars because when I later asked if they could do anything for me, the kind woman at the front was very understanding and helpful. In the end, she was able to refund me some of the cost from getting a crappy perm.
