I do not understand how the location of the meeting (at a church) can be considered "religious intent." To be fair, I guess the Handyman didn't have any of my contact information? I didn't start the text with my name, but he never ask for any amplifying information just let me know he blocked me because I started with "religious intent" and that he wasn't sure what religion had to do with hiring an electrician. I never stated that religion had to do with the job. My only intent was to get a quote to have some electrical work done. It still seems illogical that the location of the meeting would determine the content of the message.

I had this company come out for a previous quote on a whole-house renovation to this property. Juan came out but forgot to submit a bid (no problem). I gave them another opportunity to work on installing siding on the house. He came out and told me they would give me a call with the bid. After some days had passed, I had to call them back to ask about the bid. He stated that he would call me back, but never did. I called again, and he requested we meet on a Saturday (required me to drive from out of town) to make sure we go over everything. We scheduled a meeting time, and I drove in the night before to meet him. The meeting time was at 10:00 AM. This time had passed, and after several calls from me, he texted me an hour later saying that he was not going to be able to meet me but would meet the next day. I replied back with a text explaining how I no longer want to use their company due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown. I did thank him for showing me this now rather than later. People really need to call out companies like this to help others from making mistakes from so-called "Professionals".

We had to hire another company to fix it because Juan didn't care and wouldn't respond. He was also hired to install skylights in master bedroom. We were not living in the house during renovations and Juan hired someone we caught sleeping on the floor in our living room!!!! My husband just happened to run by and see how skylights were coming along. My husband demanded he gets out of our home and called Juan immediately. It was a nightmare. He arrived quickly, gave us a great bid and we have been VERY happy with his company. They arrive on time when they say they will, something most contractors have a hard time doing. There at 8:00 AM each day with a team ready to hit the ground running. They protected all the surfaces NOT getting painted, removed all doors and mission shutters and then after refreshing, rehung same perfectly. They worked long days and got the job done, cleaning up each day upon completion. This one was less than the other quote but both were professional and arrived on time for the inspection and quote. I chose this company because he not only gave me a good price when we discussed what I was doing, he added in a few other items (i.e. pressure washing the sidewalk and driveway) after I was already provided a quote. I just found him easy to deal with and I knew it was a family business. Work was to be started Friday and completed by Saturday but they called on Thursday and asked if they could start early because of weather. They showed up that day was work was completed on Friday afternoon. House looked great inside and out. I would highly recommend them.
