They quickly quoted a price & sent formal document verifying quote & offered several options to accept the offer. I accepted there quote on a Sunday, they arrived Thursday on time, went above and beyond by cleaning my gutters and some of my siding and deck to make sure all the debris was gone. They were very careful with any outside items they had to move around to complete the work & also set everything up (better than it was when they came) prior to leaving. Final invoice was sent immediately after completing the work & let me know of there findings around my house! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for powerwashing services.

He then sent her another email stating there was a schedule change to: Sat. Aug. 10th, which was fine. Unfortunately, at her age, she doesn't always check her email and missed the email "confirming" her appt. on Fri. Aug 9th (which he changed again.) He sent a text Fri. Aug 9th @ 5:49am advising that his crew would be coming that morning. She had Dr.'s appt., and asked if she could reschedule because of the cleaning appt. confusion he had caused. He didn't repond, so she called and APOLOGIZED and left a message asking if she could PLEASE reschedule. Steve Donahue, owner, self proclaimed Pastor, Minister, teacher and businessman, - STEVEDONAHUE.NET, never returned her call. Evidently this man is a jerk. Not very Christian like. There are a boatload of window washing companies in this area with remarkable reviews. Don't pick this one.

I used this company once before and was satisfied. I recently scheduled an appt for inside/outside…read morewindow washing and requested that the workers wear masks when inside my home. I received an unprofessional and nasty response from the owner, Steve Donahue, asking me why am I requiring masks and letting me know that they haven't worn masks during the entire time of covid. He also asked at what point do I think it will be safe to not wear masks. Mr. Donahue suggested we reschedule when it's safe to not wear them. No worries about rescheduling - I cancelled my appt and will not use his company again. If he is so adamant against mask wearing he could have just responded they don't wear masks. But to rant about my simple request and to question me about mask wearing inside my home was uncalled for and unprofessional. There are other window cleaning companies in the area who will appreciate my business.
