They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and communicative throughout the process. They scheduled the Softwash first. Our home was built in 1924. The siding and windows can be a bit difficult to clean. Plus, we have six foot tall rhododendrons across the front of the house, which were in full bloom on May 4th when the crew showed up to clean our siding. Wow! What an amazing job. Spotless window was recommended by a relative. I had them clean my gutters, pressure wash concrete driveway, soft wash & pressure wash the entire house, excluding roof. Unfortunately, they don't do that. I'll have to get somebody else for that. Then they cleaned the windows. All & all , everything was done professionally & the staff were concerned that they meant our expectations. I highly recommend this company. I live in a 2000 sq ft two-story Cape Cod style home with about 24 windows, including the front & back doors and shed window. The windows are the old pane style so they take more effort to clean than the newer style. This is the first time I paid to have the windows cleaned. In the past I did it myself (as best I could) and hated the task, so I only did it every 2-3 yrs. I received quotes from 3 vendors and Spotless was the least expensive (and has a good reputation). Still I thought $300+ was a lot of money to spend for something my wife & I could do (albeit, over 6 hrs), but we took the plunge anyway. A friendly crew of 3 (two women and one man) showed up at the appointed time and first removed all the storm windows and screens. They did the outside windows first using various size aluminum ladders, before moving inside. They use multiple size squeegees dipped in a small bucket each had dangling from their belt, and a chamois cloth for the edges of each window pane. They also cleaned out the tracks of the windows so the windows glide easier when they're done. It took the team only about 2 hrs to do all the windows (and tracks). I paid by credit card when the job was complete. Spotless offers a 24-hr rain guarantee whereby you can call them back if it rains within 24 hrs of the job completion, if you feel some windows need touching up. We had rain the next day, but surprisingly all the windows still looked fine afterward so I didn't need to call them back out. All in all I am quite pleased with the work they did and even learned a few things about efficient window cleaning. Due to the cost, it'll likely be a couple years before I have them back out again, unless there's a ValPak or Reach coupon before then. read more

I thought they were efficient when coming to provide an estimate and the price seemed reasonable. The appt was set and they cancelled due to weather concerns so we rescheduled. They made an error with the appt time and I forwarded proof by sending them their email showing the confirmed time. They blamed it on a computer glitch and said they would be here at the scheduled time. They never showed. An hour and 10 minutes later I ontact them and come to find out they are on another job and were running late. We decided to reschedule since I had plans later that day and they needed a minimum 3.5 hour commitment. Thereafter, I received a few random emails with offers for an immediate appt which reflects they were trying to fill me one for someone who had cancelled. I was never provided with a courtesy phone call or another appt. time. I found this experience highly disappointing and unprofessional to say the least. I have used this company before to Powerwash my house and they did a great job. On August 17, my house was powerwashed by a tech name, Alec or Alex, I didn't get the spelling of his first name. I was outside the house and smelled strong bleach in the air. I asked him, why was the smell of bleach do strong, I didn't smell this when house washed last time. My bricks was looking white, front shuttles was turning white/fainted and they are red. My concrete sidewalk was spotted and discolored from the powerwash. The Business Manager (Trey Walker) came to my house and put some more chemicals to try to get the spots up. He just made it worst and took a layer of cement off. He even stated, if we have to replace the concrete sidewalk, we will do it. Company Operation Manager emailed me, won't talk to me, that he wasn't paying for repairs and everything was done according there guidelines. I am filing suit. read more

I would like to say this was a great experience, however it was not. The company scheduled and came out on time, however the quote lacked the photos. I did proceed with the job as I needed to get the mildew cleaned from the siding. The technician used diluted solution, had to go over the areas twice and then had to be called back again. The management quality assurance told me they would meet me but then rescheduled four times. I never did get to meet with anyone in management as I just could not continue missing work for their lack of ability to maintain a schedule. Overall the work was completed, it was just a very long hassle with many missed time slots. Spotless just softwashed my rental house and washed the windows. The aluminum siding was discolored with mold growing on it. This looks like a brand new house now. My tenant said she thought they left a window open but they did not. It was just so clean that you didn't notice the glass. Spectacular job!!! And these are older windows with old storm windows. I wrote a review some months ago and it didn't make the cut.. Let's see if it does now! I had used them in the past with no issues. They cleaned all the windows (casement, window sill, window, storm window).. Hired them again ($20 a window, not cheap!) and this time the window is only the glass. No wiping anything else, and if they do is very slight wiping. Had to open all the windows again and wipe them myself. Also, found later they had broken two latches so now I have to buy the latches and install again. And, to try to schedule them had to call 3 times.. read more

I have been a customer for many years. Spotless has cleaned both windows and gutters. Last spring their crew came to clean gutters. Right away I heard loud clomping footsteps on the roof from the front of the house to the back and then back again- two trips across 65 year old slate. Heavy boots, no protection. I went out and saw that one worker was going back and forth cleaning a gutter from above- first floor gutter while standing on the roof rather than the standing on the ladder. I called the manager to complain. He was abrasive and defensive saying the worker needed to stand on slate to reach the second story gutter. I said he was working on the first floor gutter and was all over the roof unnecessarily with boots. Still defensive and no apology or offer of credit for the job. Later he called to apologize for attitude- but no cost off the job or offer for repair. Our first roofing inspection revealed the crack which was then patched. All summer we've had a slow leak right where the worker was standing on the slate and now we need to replace inside ceiling underneath. read more
