Being a yogi for more than two decades, I was over-the-moon to find Surrender Hot Yoga Studio, and I did so, unexpectedly, while traveling between CA and NM. Incredibly, Suzanne, Alyssa and the other teachers wonderfully provide the same types of classes and use the same series of poses found at hot yoga studios in cities like New York and Los Angeles. And the classes are fantastic, whether it's your first time doing yoga or you're a seasoned yogi practitioner. While Suzanne offers everything from a challenging Vinyasa Flow that's a terrific workout to calming Hot Yin Yoga, I have found the Surrender Hot 26 to be particularly beneficial for dealing with everything from everyday stressors to grief. As we yogis say, "you leave it all on the mat." This community is incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful studio in its midst -- Suzanne and Surrender Hot Yoga Studio are a gift.
