Their walk in humidor is kinda small, especially when one of the associates follows you in to assist you but it's pretty legit. At the beautiful damen said octen or something. I thought it was age so I said 21. I later found out she was asking if I was 18. I must look that young even with a moustache and a beard. Steph's is clean and organized. The service is courteous as any other business here in Germany, and there is a lot of tobacco and non tobacco gifts in here as well. The store is also located on a posh shopping avenue like in maple story so that's fasho. The lady that helped me out was pretty cute too ha. Did I mention. When we had questions, they were helpful - but not pushy. Their pricing was fair, but I was concerned about the cost of shipping items back to the USA. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the shipping costs were also extremely fair, and were offset by the VAT savings for international purchases. The package arrived at our home faster than we had anticipated. The care taken in packing the products was immediately evident. All of our items were in perfect condition! It was obvious that the team at this shop is well experienced in every aspect of their business. We have only the highest praise, and we recommend that you stop in when you are in Passau.

For this trip, I packed a travel sized can of hairspray that had been used in prior trips, and I wasn't sure how much was left. As luck would have it, my canister was running low. We tried to find a store in Regensburg, but unfortunately stores are closed on Sunday. While strolling around Passau, we spotted a Müller, a drugstore which has pretty much everything from fragrance, personal hygiene products, children stuff, pet food, candies, and personal accessories like hair products. I located the aisle that had hairspray . Even better, I found a travel size one and, even more better, it was on sale! Badda-Bing! So, fellow travelers, this proves you don't have to pack the kitchen sink. Of course if you're staying in a tourist resort, prices will cost more. If you go where the locals go, prices for everyday items are not any higher than at home. Assume for the best case situation when traveling, and make it part of your vacation adventure if you should run out of something.
