I am a transfer from Greenville Men's Clinic. I had one year remaining on my TRT and ED medication…read moreplan, which I paid for in full. At the time of transfer, they assured me that my existing plan would be honored, with the understanding that I would transition to their plan once mine was completed. They provided my medications accordingly, but three months later, I needed a refill. At that point, they claimed that due to the chaos of the transfer, they misspoke and I would need to pay additional costs. They credited me for the full year I had already paid for at Greenville Health, but then stated that in order to continue refilling my medications, I would need to pay an additional $108 per month for the TRT. If I wanted to keep the ED medication, it would be an additional $100 per month, so if I wanted to keep the same plan I had at Greenville Health, I would have to pay an additional $208 per month. If I did not accept these additional charges, I would lose the entire year I had already paid for. I find this highly unethical, as they took advantage of the situation and changed the terms of my agreement unfairly. I would exercise caution when working with this clinic, as they do not honor their promises. Also, be wary of their five-star reviews, as they offer incentives for those ratings.

I was further told my hair wasn't toned. I am so devastated. I was eventually contacted by management via a response to my google review basically saying the stylist are independent contractors and there is nothing she can do. The place itself is inside a chiropractic office. That I did not mind. The massage room is very outdated and not welcoming or relaxing. The rooms are old. The light is bright in there and one of the lights were broken. My massage therapist was super sweet and friendly and she did a great job. I would definitely see her again but maybe in a different setting. I also wish they would put a rug under the bed because when I was done with my massage, I slipped a little when I put my feet down on the bare floors. Most places I go to always have a rug. One thing I wish they would of let me know ahead of time was that I had to wear my mask the whole time during the massage. It was super hard trying to relax being face down with your face in the pillow hole while wearing a mask. I was actually having trouble breathing. Good massage therapist, bad setting.
