The store is small cramped and had very little for costumes, despite the fact that the biggest day to dress up was coming up fast. The third time I visited was today. I arrived at 2PM, an hour before opening, because I forgot their crazy hours and I could find no sources online that had appropriate hours. After seeing the time I left to go about my day. I returned at around 3:09PM and found that the store was still closed, even though they should already have been open for 9 minutes. My friend and I looked in the dark windows and saw nobody there. There was no sign on the door saying it would be closed this weekend and when we called, nobody answered the phone. We ended up waiting for half an hour outside their door before we finally gave up and went home. With the terrible customer service, the lack of professionalism, and the poor selection I am surprised that this business is still even open. Needless to say, I will be doing my shopping elsewhere, regardless of the fact that Taboo is the only shop of its type in Walla Walla.
