An appointment was made for surgery. Dr Fotopoulos and his nurse Julie Ann immediately put me at ease and carefully explained everything. The surgery went well, and I am confident of the outcome. Everyone in the office is very professional and nice. I will be going back regularly for follow up skin cancer screening.

I had a 6 month follow checkup scheduled for an appointment on 8/26/2020 at 10:20 AM and on Friday 8/21/2020 someone called from this office and reminded me that I had an appointment on 8/26/2020 at 9:20 AM. The person that called said specifically, " 9:20 AM". So 8/26/2020 I arrived at the appointment an hour earlier than my original scheduled appointment just in case there was an issue. Well there was an issue. Someone in the office had rescheduled me for a September appointment and they did not have me on the schedule at all for today. Not one apology or any concern regarding my appointment. My problem is that I had to arrange for travel to and from Spring Hill for this appointment to New Port Richey. I am visually impaired and I depend on others to get me to my appointments. To me this is absolutely unacceptable! The doctor can be a great doctor however if the people that he trusts to get his patients to him are inadequate, then so is the doctor.
