The office was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The wait time wasn't too long like most other offices. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter a few weeks prior to the actual date. 2 days prior I got an email confirming the appointment. The day after they messaged me wanting to change my appointment. When I called back, they couldn't find my info. There was somewhat of a language barrier as she couldn't talk off her script. We got my appointment rescheduled and I was told someone would call back to schedule the other one, no one ever did. When I called the next day, same thing, couldn't find any info, now there were not dates-for over 6 weeks ( the appointment I made the day before wasn't on their books). I have been going to 360 Dermatology since I moved to Wesley Chapel 8 years ago . Over the past few years the practice has slowly deteriorated with staff turnover - inability to talk directly with the office and phone calls not returned . Last week was the final straw when my appointment that I had made way back in April was rescheduled three times and not in the same week The third time was a voicemail message rescheduling my appointment from the day of to the next day without even reaching me . Then of course I couldn't reach the office directly just the call center who had to leave a message at the office for someone to call me - guess what they never did! Made my husband an appointment and gave the gentleman over the phone our insurance, he placed me on hold, I'm assuming to ask about the insurance we had. He came back and confirmed the appointment and that was the end of the conversation. My husband then sends pictures of his insurance card to them that same day. Never heard anything. Fast forward to my husband's appointment, he gets there and 20 minutes AFTER his scheduled appointment after he's been waiting they tell him "we don't accept your insurance". It's not good business to have someone waiting 20 minutes until their appointment in the office to be told that the insurance they have isn't accepted here. read more

My full body examination wasn't complete. My ears and scalp wasn't examined. Communication with any department is almost nonexistent. Took 3 months for the billing to be filled with my insurance. The best treatment I have ever received for my skin concerns. They really paid attention and listened. I have been going for years. I did botox and filler with Andrea as well and she does such a natural beautiful look. Honestly the best derm office I have ever visited. I added a before and after. Please be kind, the before is a very vulnerable place for me. I had eyebrow psoriasis which caused my hair to fall. I worked with Dr. Aparna for a cure and look at the most recent picture taken in July. Fully healed lips and eyebrow growth returned. I cannot thank them enough. I'm 60 yrs old & have avoided all anti-aging maintenance like fillers & Botox...until TODAY...After researching & asking a lot of people about their experiences, I decided to go in for a consultation. I made my appt the evening before for an 8am next day appt & they were able to accommodate me! I was greeted professionally at the receptionist desk. Then an asst named Kayla took me to a private exam room, took my general info & referred me to Aditi patiently answered all my questions & gave me her professional opinion on what would best meet my needs. So, Botox was the best course of action around the eyes, above my lips, and on my lips for a lip flip & both sides of my chin where i was getting marionette lines. Minimal sting, was surprisingly quick & easy. The entire appt was less than 30 min, zero recovery time, no bleeding, hardly noticeable when i got home. (was advised effects could take up to 2 wks for full effect). we decided best to go slowly & add more after 2 wks so as not to overdo/exaggerate the experience. It was a very positive "1st impression" & would highly recommend 360! I plan on returning as often as needed now! Great team! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! 360 Dermatology in Wesley Chapel FL is the most unprofessional, careless medical practice I have ever been a patient of...I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had an outpatient surgery to remove an atypical mole, which required 5 stitches. 2 weeks later, on Friday 10/11/24, I arrived there at 9:00AM for my appointment to remove my stitches. Mind you, I had received 3 appointment reminders prior to that day including the previous evening. NO ONE WAS THERE. They turned off their phone messaging system so I could not speak with anyone or leave a voicemail. Not a single car in the parking lot, doors locked, not even a sign on the door. No phone call, email, or text providing care instructions. My skin was growing over the stitches causing constant pain. It was imperative the stitches be removed. I called several times; no phone # provided to contact an on-call doctor. I had to find someone on my own to remove my stitches which was very painful due to the skin growing over them & no lidocaine. It is now Tuesday 10/14/24, 5 days later, and they STILL HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME TO REMOVE MY STITCHES. This practice is a joke. No one there takes accountability for the welfare of their patients. They completely forgot about me. This practice is reckless and their inaction is inexcusable. You have been warned. read more

This office is terribly ran! They go out of their way to get reviews deleted and removed from other platforms. But don't make any effort to just do better as a practice. The entire staff, including the best providers, have all left or gotten fired. It's absolute chaos. Absolutely love 360 and Dr Harb. 8 am currently being treated for rosacea. Dr Harb took the time to really discuss my issue and what I would like to get from my treatment. I felt so comfortable I even ended up purchasing Botox and lip fillers before i left. I have since received both of those treatments and could not be happier. They do OK by you during an appointment, but trying to get anyone on the phone to discuss test results is like pulling teeth.

I had used Dr Ambay as my dermatologist for about the last 5+ years. I remember when she didn't have this giant office and still had her own smaller one in Wesley chapel and would see patients face to face. This last time I went I was seen by one of her PAs (Patel I believe) which I didn't want but they told me that was the only way I'd get in. I was told she was fantastic. I went in for a discussion of a small pimple like bump on my chest, I explained my concern to the PA when I went in for my visit and she explained she could cut it off during this office visit and they could send it out for biopsy which was to verify it wasn't anything greater than just a bump. Long story short right before cutting it off my chest she told me that I might have a scar but nothing too serious. Let me say that if I knew I'd have a hypertrophic scar on my chest I wouldn't have done the procedure!! That's what I'm left with now, approx 6 months later. I am so disappointed and angry because Dr Ambay would've told me the risks and better educated me on this issue than just paying to be cut. Now I have a red pimple like raised scar that is worse than what I came in with and has effected my quality of life and how I feel. All of this to say Dr Ambay is a nice doctor and she is qualified yes however she has gotten WAY TOO BIG for her own good. It isn't the same office that it used to be and they're all about $. The assistants are rude and rushed and I didn't feel cared for or treated like the paying patient that I am at all. I will be looking for a new dermatologist and she's not cheap either for what you're getting (which is the bare minimum). If you're looking for a dermatologist I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere truly. Additionally, I think if you go through these reviews majority of the 5 star ones are ones that have been published 4/5 years ago. Attesting to the obviousness that the office has gotten too big within the last several years and the quality of this business overall has gone downhill. Let me tell you HOW WONDERFUL this staff was. From the office staff to the nurses, even down to my doctor, Vanessa I believe her name was. They went above and beyond for me. Helping me to get cost as low as they possibly could AND playing music that I love, LOUDLY even, while having the in-office procedure to remove it. I visited the center a couple of days ago. I decided to sleep on my experience before posting... I was too upset to think rationally the day of my visit. While the facility is beautiful, personnel welcoming, my appointment as a new patient was delayed by more than one hour! I arrived at 9.50am for my 10am appointment and wasn't seen by the doctors before 11.15am. I truly believed that as a courtesy I will benefit from a small credit on my not so small bill (over $500), but that didn't happen. I myself work in doctor's office, and we make sure that we provide the service they deserve, including respecting the time of their appointment. I left disappointed. read more

The last (fourth) appointment I made, they once again called to reschedule. I have decided that my time off is as important as the doctor's, when she instead decides to break appointments to go on vacation... So I'm not going back for the fourth appointment. My teenage son sees Dr. Ambay for acne. She is an awesome doctor - very knowledgeable, experienced, professional & friendly. Her staff was equally kind, helpful & friendly. I genuinely felt like the staff really cared about me and my concerns and put together a plan to accomplish my goals. We have been patients here for a few years, would always see Julie. I sent my daughter today for her annual check and an issue with a rash on her legs. They quickly saw her, didn't do the annual check and still hasn't called in the medication. I called to inquire as they billed us for her annual check and it wasn't done and when the medication will be sent to the pharmacy. I was told someone would call me back within a few days to answer my questions. WHAT?! A few days to find out why they billed something that wasn't done, and when I could get the medication for the rash. The doctor spent maybe 4 minutes in the room and she felt rushed. I would highly suggest finding someone else than this practice, as I am doing the same. This practice is the prime example of just being a number and something to bill to insurance, they dont care about their patients, and the turnover on doctors and PA's clearly shows this. read more

Too many reschedules!! Booking your follows ups months out and then getting a call cancelling the day before the appointment is ridiculous and this happened on numerous occasions. I also had a facial scheduled with a follow up and was told it could not be performed because they were over scheduled. Oh, and they closed their Brandon location without notice.
