Beware the actual CPA here is not in office and his staff will steal your money with "fees". After a 15 min conversation with the office secretary I was told not to leave as they have a "200.00 consultation fee and it is stated somewhere on their website." The secretary offered me outdated tax code and actually had me, the client, send here an updated publication from the division of taxation. After catching her up to speed she vehemently demanded a 200.00 fee. Beware of this firm and is unprofessional tactics!

We noticed a difference last year when his son started taking over and this years experience was absolutely horrible! Kyle is incompetent and careless. He didn't file tax forms correctly, and wouldn't even take my business expenses into account which is what we have done from the beginning. He also charged us an extra $200 with no explanation. Don't even bother trying to call them, they never return your calls. You have to send multiple emails to receive an answer and not even an answer that resolves anything! Kyle is not all to blame, maybe if his father was guiding him more instead of jetting off and vacationing with his 3rd... maybe 4th wife he could teach Kyle how to run a business. Another family members tax return was filed wrong and still hasn't been corrected 10 months later and she cannot get a response or solution from these knuckleheads!!!

Stolen Identity- I…read morereceived an email from Spinner & Spinner that there was "a breach in their data files." Later that week, I received confirmation from the IRS that my SSN had been stolen and someone else had filed a tax return with my SSN. Spinner & Spinner did not offer any help to fix my stolen identity. Spinner & Spinner did not offer to pay for LifeLock or any other monitoring services. Spinner & Spinner never told me if any information was taken (SSN, birth date, bank account numbers, financial numbers, etc.) Spinner & Spinner left me to fix the problem by myself, and my own expense.
