I too, purchased a Groupon for a Couples Massage a solid 4-5 months ago, and the earliest available appointment was December (which I learned after calling and leaving messages 4-5 times). Anywho, we scheduled for today. Our appointment was at 6pm, and about 5:30 I received a text saying they were running 20 mins late. At least they provided a heads up, but was super annoying when I had already left work early due to their time constraints. We arrived after 6, to be informed "your appointment was at 6." Clearly The girl who checked us in had no idea about the text. We were told to sit in the lobby, an older lady put a tray if hot towels in between us, she said to let them cool. She came back a few minutes later asking if we had neck tension or wanted a hot towel on our necks, we said yes and she informed us "you should've done that when I brought the towels over". We waited for a bit for our massage, and they took us to their "lower level"-out the front door and through the alley. We were given a room with the bathroom connected, which was nice. I explained that my right shoulder was super tight. I was only given a poor quality sheet-no blanket or bed warmer and it was so cold. The masseuse squirted the oil directly on to me instead of in his hands first. He did nothing to work out the tension in my shoulder-I think at times he had no clue what to do. Our one hour massage (that was late) lasted about 40 minutes. We were then offered aromatherapy that takes "about 3 extra minutes". We agreed to do that...the water took 7-8 minutes to warm up, then we had probably 2 minutes to enjoy it. We still tipped appropriately, but I'll stick to my Massage Envy membership and won't return for another visit. I hope they treat their non-Groupon folks much better.

Facial was right at 30 minutes, and the esthetician talked incessantly. Best was yet to come, when I went to check out no one knew how to run a credit card. I had to wait to pay for my service, after waiting an hour for my service. The person up front put me on the phone with someone to process my payment. They took my credit card over the phone?!? I would have protested, but I wanted to get out of there! Overall, I paid full price for total nonsense. HORRIBLE.

I went to one appointment late (10 mins late), that was due to my tight work schedule they denied and I was sent back. I got rescheduled and I apologised to the aesthetician. I had laser hair removal scheduled in December first week and they had rescheduled for about one and half months later which was 31 January 2025 and I accepted, however today ( 31 Jan 25) I wasn't able to go since I wasn't well. I had two more scheduled appointments for February too. Below was their DM to me "(My name)....We are sorry to inform you that due to multiple missed and canceled appointments we will be unable to schedule you for any additional future appointments." I could've agreed for "deposit" on subsequent appointments and not denial for future appointments. This shows that they won't show any regard for clients who have paid them for services, and they don't realise that everyone has personal exigencies. I don't regret missing the appointment at all, and that was impolite of them. Because of the possibility of rudeness, I would not suggest this service.

When I entered, staff welcomed me and showed me where the water was and the bathroom. Once it was my time, Meredith met me in the lobby and then walked me back. I told her I was looking for a massage that focused more on my back and feet as that is where my pain was. She started me on my belly and focused on my back. At one point she ended up using hot stones which I did not expect, but it added to the experience. Then she focused on my calves and feet. It was all a good pressure. When I flipped over, she focused on my neck and that helped to provide a lot of relief. The 60 minutes always goes too fast. I felt a lot better leaving my appointment.

I scheduled an appointment with Greg for some body hair removal. He sent me a note ahead of time inviting me to come early to take advantage of the sauna and steam room. The locker room was comparable to what you might find in a fine hotel. It was well appointed, immaculately clean and fully stocked with towels, robes and a variety of products. After a relaxing siesta in the sauna and steam room, I showered and met Greg for my scheduled service. Greg showed me around and told me briefly about some of the other services offered within the spa. When we got to the treatment room, we discussed the specifics of what body hair I wanted removed and he carefully explained his techniques, which proved to be the most comfortable I have ever experienced. He worked fast, yet he kept me perfectly relaxed throughout the process. He paid careful attention to detail and blended the remaining body hair so everything looked completely natural. This is a first class facility and Greg is a master of his craft. I highly recommend Koru Touch and Greg to men or women looking for body hair removal or other spa services. You will not be disappointed!
