The director, Khadijah contacted me and, rather than working to resolve the matter professionally, attempted to argue with me about my concerns. She initially offered me a promotional service at another location to make up for the experience, but later withdrew that offer, stating she could not honor it. It appeared that the decision was made out of spite rather than as part of a fair resolution. Overall, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. I expected professionalism, accountability, and appropriate customer service, but instead experienced poor communication, disrespect, and an unresolved issue.

The address is correct but using the Yelp directions will take you to downtown Winston-Salem. Her location on Google Maps is correct so use them to get your directions. She is located in the back of a home-turned-office in the lower levels. If you go into Street View on Google Maps, you will get the image of the location & see the driveway on the right side. Put in a last minute appointment today to fix my severely dry, damaged and color treated hair as they were just about to close for the day and they were so kind as to squeeze me in. So first of all, I'm grateful for fitting me in. I am not usually the kind of person to walk in as a place is shutting down but I had this sort of emotional limit today where I just couldn't wait anymore after half a year to do something about this. I have been having a fam member practice on my hair and it went really badly last time with my hair literally melting off my scalp so they fixed my hair to look more put together. No pics for obvious reasons so here are a couple of my daughter being spoiled by their staff. She was having a hard time with her mom's long locks getting cut off and they gave her a bow to pick out and added glitter to her hair. Oh and lollipops. Plenty of lollipops. It was a much needed relief today. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
