The sold sign went up on day one, and the new owner was in five weeks later. And I've sold it at a higher price than my original asking price. Bonus!

When we tried to get assistance from higher management to get things sorted we finally got a response but included in that was that they cannot do anything and don't copy in management, which I wouldn't do if they did there job in the first place. Very expensive for a shit service. Stay away and find different body corporate management.
