We asked them to install what we requested on our quote. They resisted. Then less than two years after the remodel we had to change the wax seal! They installed a 1/4 inch seal. Cost them less. Originally we thought we'd wait until spring, but when the weather was so warm around Christmas we wished we would have had it checked earlier. Yesterday we phoned the company we've used in the past and they told us they couldn't diagnose an AC unit until the weather was warmer, so told us to call at the end of April. Since the forecast for the next week or so looks fairly warm, we called B&L in Stillwater about 11:30 this morning.
