It was an unfortunate situation that I made while backing the trailer up to level it and not checking to see if everything was ok. To make a long story short, I put a nice square hole in the front panel. Phil, a nice respectful man, quoted me a price that was lower than any RV dealer quoted and he completed the work at my home in one day. The RV dealers wanted my trailer for a month or two before they even started on it. This was convenient and I got to actually see him do his job. Phil was meticulous at replacing the front panel and resealing it. I have to give him great kudos for the professional job he did for me. Afterwards he cleaned up all the mess that comes with replacing the front panel and left my property as pristine as it was before. How was that for service. Great job Phil.
