Their response was they'd have to call their rep to figure it out, I could haul it back to them (2.5 hours one way and they would look at it or I could pay a technician to come look at it. I understand I bought an extended warranty. However, I'd had the trailer less than 24 hours at that point. Additionally, I hauled my trailer home from the dealership (2.5 hours) and as soon as I got into my town, the trailer came completely out of the receiver on my truck. No hitch pin in sight! Obviously they didn't put the keeper in when they hitched the trailer to my truck. When you've worked very hard and wanted to own another travel trailer for many years, it should be exciting to finally reach your goal. Instead, the first 10 days were nothing but stress and disappointment. The lack of concern for me, my safety or my satisfaction with my purchase are frankly astonishing and unacceptable. You may find another review on another site where I stated they were great to work with. Be advised, that review had to be given at the dealership prior to me leaving if I wanted a free hose!! I never dreamed I would regret that. In good faith, I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. Ultimately, I had to pay out of my pocket to get the issues fixed. It wasn't a blown fuse or a tripped GFI. Yes, they turned on the hot water heater during my walk through. However, no water was run to ensure it was indeed hot. Not only was my vehicle damaged on their property by another vehicle that was under their care, but the owner of the establishment lied about the encounter to me when I called to inquire about repairing it. I was told that writing off my husband's truck repair "made it even", although the employee told my husband all he did was clean off a few spark plugs. My door is unable to open, very clearly damaged and will probably cost upwards of $400 to fix. I am disgusted by this establishment and it's employees. I implore the citizens of Onalaska to steer clear of this utter failure of a shop. They do not posses any ethics whatsoever, and they are clearly very shady and willing to lie to save a few dollars.
