Joey and his coworker came out with a worklist of 2 ceiling fans, a bath fan, and a chandelier. Almost all required new wires run, and the bathfan involved ducting. They started out doing a whole home electrical safety inspection, followed by multiple quote options. We chose our quote. We had added two things to the list - a basement outlet for a dehumidifier, and a whole home surge protector. We full on expected they wouldn't finish that day, and maybe we'd get another appointment a week out or so. They plugged away at the projects, and said they could finish, but they'd be there late and offered to come back the next day. We thought it'd be better if they came in to do the bathfan feeling fresh and ready to get it over with. Joey came back the following day with a different guy. They stayed until the job was complete. Contacted Lloyd's for an estimate to replace our heating system due to the previous one being substandard. Joey came out to conduct the evaluation and estimate. Martin, Tyler, and Rick conducted the removal and installation of the new system. Throughout this entire experience the staff and technicians at Lloyd's were the example of exemplary service and professionalism. Every interaction at our residence from Joey, Martin, Tyler, and Rick was professional, friendly, curtious, and personable. There work clean, percice, efficient, and unubtrusive. Ross Billings did a dewinterization for me today. I appreciate how soft-spoken, kind, and intelligent a person he is. He very thoughtfully communicated everything about what he was doing and what he encountered, and fixed a few extra little things. Lloyd Home Services service seems to be improving, if it's even possible to improve on what has always been careful and high quality work and equipment installation. They may not be the least expensive among area home service contractors, in fact their pricing has jumped quite a bit since the pandemic started, but they seem to be making an effort to retain long-term customers by offering very good service and attention to detail, and going the extra mile. Very Professional, prompt, Troy came to install my charge point home charger for my EV. They looked out for me and made sure the car company didn't send the wrong charger even. I went out around lunch, thinking I'd see them again but by the time I got back they were gone, finished the job and may have left my basement cleaner than when they started. we went to look at what needed to be done, a estimate was made up and gone over. there were 2 fellows that were both very courteous, masked and cleaned everything up, taking away boxes and used items no longer needed. I was happy with all the jobs and they completed what they came to do and had all the parts necessary to do the jobs. i hadn't planned on spending that much, but the job is guaranteed and i won't have any problems for the next 10 years. good job. read more

Great Service ! We had tried to get other plumbers to come out here to take a look at our heating problems . They would promises but then they either never showed or never came back.
