Everytime we've had and issue, it's been straight ened out. My bank account was tampered with, I did receive a notice to quit for Non-payment. I went to the office and Dayna was very professional and understanding but she told me TO GO GET THE MONEY ORDER TO SATISFY THE TENT AND WATER BILL FOR THAT MONTH. Jim on the other hand has been equally professional with his knowledge on just about anything regarding a mobile home. He is LIKE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT WHEN LITTLE OR BIG THINGS HAPPEN. Jim is a wonderful/knowledgeable Man. Once my furnace, hot water heater and stove was NOT WORKING. We were nervous, I ra n to the offic, told Jim, he comes over immediately and determined that the gas line OUTSIDE HAD BEEN SWITCHED TO OFF. Really a very simple fix in a very cold State of Michigan. Jim and Dayna are very considerate people, we love them here !!!

I lived with MOLD in my bathroom for a year and a half here. I told them about the mold MANY times via maintenance requests, emails, and phone calls. The first time they "fixed it" they simply resealed the toilet and did nothing about the mold. The second time they "fixed it" they only fixed the cosmetic issue so it was back within one month. I told them it was back and nothing happened. My asthma was exacerbated, i was sick ALL the time, and people who came over would have literally SKIN reactions (that i have photos of.) Then, after I moved out they had the AUDACITY to charge me $300 for carpet staining. YOU LET ME LIVE WITH MOLD FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Do yourself a favor and do not EVER even consider living here. Not to mention, they continue raising the rent with no improvements to the property or townhomes and no amenities. The gym was closed "due to covid" the whole time I lived there. While I know covid still exists, we are no longer in a pandemic and if the ONE amenity you have to offer is a gym, perhaps you should open that if you're going to raise the rent.

The office staff is great and always available to help you in any way that they can. The maintenance personnel are top notch. He literally came crying to me after he did a side job for me and said that his furnace went out on him and he needed $340.00. This was during the deep freeze artic blast we had last week. We felt sorry for him and agreed to loan him the money, he promised to pay the money back of Friday after work. Needless to say that he never showed up on Friday or Saturday or Sunday. We trusted the wrong person. I should have known he was a crook when the job he was doing for us went from $150 up to $400. All we're getting from him now is excuses.
