Rather big for a local Boots pharmacy, they stock the usual range of toiletries such as shampoo,…read moretissues, facial wipes etc... They also have small yet rather good selection of electronic goods such as digital cameras, electric toothbrushes, and epilators. This Boots branch is particularly good when it comes to the pharmacy selection, so that's very handy if you're a local. In addition I find that the pharmacists are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Unless you're after No7, Rimmel or No17 one to avoid on the make up front, aside from that a very good local Boots pharmacy, with excellent staff.

Sometimes they don't have what you want but are very willing to have it ordered for you. Perhaps slightly obscurely we wanted to buy a TENs machine (it's for pain and works without drugs). I'd Googled it and found that Boots generally stock it. But when I got to Whitchurch they didn't have one. However they ordered it and it was there in a few days. I do like the staff here, it feels like they are long-term and knowledgeable.

My whole house is coughing. We are the house of the plague. People shout 'unclean, unclean' as they pass and we cry out for lemons and medicine. Thankfully friends and pharmacists exist... full of good advice, and able limbs to dash about finding us things to make us well and bring them to us.
