To access the personal bankers you need to queue that the can I help desk (which isnt clear if a member of staff is not there!). Dont just sit down stand and wait to get your name on the list to be seen. Although in genrel all the pay in desks are open it takes a while to be seen. But the staff are friendly and helpful which makes it a better experience

The services available are what you would expect of a main stream bank. There are private rooms if you want to discuss anything in private with the staff. Whenever you go into the bank there is always a queue but their staff are quick at the counters and the queue soon disappears. Their personal bankers upstairs are also very helpful and informative in terms of what is available to you and getting your details changed in terms of moving house. They are always good at keeping contact with any changes that may happen. Another nice touch is the welcoming staff that points you in the right direction to get things done efficiently for you.

Staff are friendly even in these times! Have used the telephone banking also which is handy when you are out of the office at clients. On entering the bank there is a welcoming member of staff who will asist if you have cheques to pay in. There is a small table that children can play on whilst you wait which is helpful. the counter staff, rarelt smile and aer quite rude (hence the mark). Whenever I pay in money to my husbands account they ask me to upgrade my account, and then are rude when I tell them it is not mine. That leaves me to wonder the safety of many peoples accounts;
