As it is a small branch, there is not much opportunity for privacy. Business banking is done upstairs. They do offer a wide range of savings and other financial products, some of which I am not aware of as I use a basic savings account. The do have a website. They are independently owned which I know some people prefer. They do not have parking facilities as they are based right in the town centre, but there is free parking close by. They open normal working hours and are open Saturdays.

She listened sympathetically to my problem and then in a committed and professional manner she set about solving the issue. Abigail succeeded where others failed and closed out the issue inside a week. Barclays are extremely lucky to have her as a member of staff I just hope they appreciate Abigail and recognise and acknowledge her professionalism.
