My first agent was very good and responsive to my questions and concerns however after three years they let her go. My second agent Jessica Stahlman was a terrible disappointment. She was non-responsive and I never actually met her. She never met with us at the house. She never proactively suggested things that would help us. When my tenant left the property and my contract ceased with Grizzard properties I received no help from Jessica. The house was left very dirty things were damaged. Shelves were left on the walls that did come with the property. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not hire her again .

We have been charged for things tenants should never be charged for, like septic repairs. That is on the home owner, not the tenants. The septic was NEVER maintained and then long behold, we get charged for it. They wanted to charge for lawn care, $250 one month AFTER we moved out according to our notice of intention. As a tenant, Jessica will let you drown. Request a different property manager or go with a different company. Put your money in a property management company who will respect you, and your family.
