Also, a "transaction fee" of $250.00 was charged the buyer (not represented by seller's agent or other). This was verbally disclosed. Buyer demanded a refund. A refund was quickly accomplished. Point: Understand the escrow process; review the charges and ask if questions-don't assume everything was or is correct. In fact, the escrow made a math mistake on prorations of fees to buyer. Corrected and refunded, but it would of not be seen if not the buyer had experience. Don't believe all you see or hear. Question parties if an issue is relevant..and if not satisfied, contact your attorney or DPBR (licensing agent and review State of Florida)

They covered up issues like termites, water damage, rotted floors, roof damages, wood rot, electrical issues, leaking water heater, subfloor damages from past termites. Previous owner was advised to paint over rotted areas and to not disclose issues they knew about.
