He went over and beyond to help us stay organized and facilitate our special day. Ryan has great previous experience and that truly helped us organize our wedding itinerary. He took time to help select the music we wanted and kept in contact with any questions we had. Please beware of UGL enterprises!!!…read more We paid them $665 to provide DJ services for our wedding renewal this last Saturday he cancelled the day before They made a few texts to some random DJs to find somebody willing to fill in who was actually really great when he showed up (he said he's never met the guy and they never received any of the money so I checked in today and they still haven't received any of the payment ) And he said that they charge $400 so we were charged $665 only for Eric to rebook somebody else for lower prices the night before (that he had never met by the way or spoken to prior) we didn't know if he was a reputable DJ or not thank God he was and he is keeping the $265 for himself for literally no reason that is not professional at all !!! So pretty much if you guys need anything done, do not book him because he is not reliable at all I understand family emergencies happen, but in his contract, it stated that we would be given a refund and I did not even have a chance to rebook anybody else at a lower cost to let alone find somebody else because he had already found somebody at a lower price and told them to come tomorrow, and knew he was going to keep the extra money without saying anything .... So I totally recommend Drew Bauserman and his wife for your DJing services because they were really awesome and came on an extremely short notice when they didn't have to, and still haven't received their payment
