Veteran's Pest control looked at what we were doing - commended us for our attempt(s) - then suggested a more highly effective and quicker result. This was the summer/fall of 2016. Their results were amazing! Population gone! With two curious large hunting dogs and many grandchildren - their solution WAS quick effective and safely done for everyone concerned! We were very happy and appreciate the fact they still check up on us and supply us with the must needed remedy for our "forever" problem. We feel SO much better knowing our mice are being taken care of! I would highly recommend them to any homeowner or business owner.

It turns out that they are a legitimate company, but later, when I called the business, the man I spoke with was confrontational and hung up on me, saying that he didn't need to talk to me. He did call me back, but then LIED to me, saying he did ring the front doorbell, which he never did. The three people in our house--myself, my husband, and my daughter--did not ever hear the doorbell. The man also stated that because the gate to our backyard was open that he thought he could just waltz right onto the property and do what he needed to do. I think Nadia did a very nice job - she was very friendly and left a sweet note for us! You really can't go wrong with TLC - they let you know every step of the way what to expect and are so willing to make any adjustments if needed. If I have a question I get an immediate answer. I've had 3 cleaners so far and all 3 met or actually exceeded my expectations! I get the basic cleaning done once a month and love that I can add extra services on if needed through their app.

And when they do, they only do the job half way as they only remove half the snow in my driveway. Other times they just skip it completely. I think they are short on equipment as well....as stated by one of their plow drivers. Last year they were trying to remove a 10 inch snow in our 40 unit association with a brush attachment on the front of a skid steer. It was painful to watch. I strongly urge residents to use caution before signing contract with these folks.
