I was really impressed with how this easy was. I started on my Insurance company app…read more I will add had that app on my phone for 10 or 15 years. One With the Road came through for me an absolute hundred percent.

I would like to share it with members of the motoring community generally, as there is a reason why Hertz - the country's oldest and best-known car hire company -- uses Lamar to rescue stranded customers like myself. You do not need to be a renter, of course - if you break down in your own car within the area then 302-276-8976 will bring you one of the most competent and professional outfits I've ever used for the purpose, both in America and in Europe where I live, over my 46 years of driving. Dear Lamar: I wanted to thank you for the service you rendered at the Shannondell retirement community on 30 May, after I had mistakenly left the interior lights on inside my rental SUV on arrival at the complex three days earlier. I didn't realize the light could override the key much less than that the latest models of Kia don't come with a manual pop-out within the fob, and therefore you have to gain access to the car in order to gain access to the hood latch within the door jamb. I was in quite a pickle as I had a major corporate offsite in Boston later on that day and with a new boss as leader it would not have looked good had I failed to show (no matter the truth behind my excuse). Fortunately that did not happen, but what impressed me beyond your deft skill in resolving the situation was the aplomb with which you did so. Your manner on arrival just caused me to relax in the same way one does when an EMT says don't worry, or when a policeman or soldier, after arriving at a complex scene, says the same. My stepmom and I still joke about your forthright answers spoken with military politesse to the end of total assuredness: "we'll break into the car," "we'll get the hood opened," "we'll jump the battery," "we'll get you on the road." Well indeed you did do all four of those things, and thereafter - when I pondered what to do should the battery failed to keep its fresh charge - you just handed me your business card and said with a smile "call me and I'll be back." I want Hertz to know how well you upheld their brand and breakdown promise to a 30-year Gold Club member like myself that night, and would encourage them to use you and One With The Road as much as possible for other renter rescues in the Philadelphia tristate area, as no matter how new and how well maintained a vehicle fleet is, these things will happen (and of course in my case it was self-inflicted). I also hope non-Hertz drivers and private motorists will entrust you with their breakdown assistance in the tristate area too - even the way you called us twice along your own journey up to Shannondell (with revised ETAs) was a professional touch most don't offer.

A- this place had the best quote out of 4 different shops and included refinishing the rotors as part of changing the pads for no additional cost.
