I am writing this review based on my cousin's account of her personal experience. My cousin, though sister to my own self. She has not asked for me to do so, as she still has one session left; not by choice, but, rather bound by a 3 part contract and price. Upon her initial visit, I was the first to speak with her post consult. From her own words: "The staff acted like I wasn't even there. Nobody gave any clear instruction, nor was there any assistance offered and/or explanations with helping me prep for my procedure. Not one girl offered me anything expected, not even a hair-tie whilst prepping me for a face procedure. Any questions I asked were half-way responded to, not answered. There was no small talk to much of my effort (having my own background in the health field) and overall, the nurse seemed on a mission to get my out of her chair as soon as possible. And just when m the entire thing was finally over- all of the awkwardness done!? Not at all. I had asked for a cooling agent. On the counter beside me, were numerous sample bottles of all their "recommended products" labeled "tester". I was disregarded and told I had to purchase those products to see how they suit me. I thought to myself, "then why are they shown on display as testers in patients rooms were procedure takes place." I am sure you can surmise that I was not alleviated of any of the physical pain. I then was escorted to the front desk to follow up with my contract. Finally. I thought to myself "last round and you won't have to be subjected to this kind of treatment any longer." I cannot say what the issue was with all of these women. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt after my first session. Returning on my second, I spoke to them and reassured that maybe everyone had a bad day; we had just got off on the wrong foot.... to no avail. I give up. I will be returning for my final (third) coarse of treatment, as it is already payed for. Upon addressing my prior issues, not one explanation nor reasoning behind their behavior was noted, not one complimentary gift of any face product offered, and most disappointing, no, rather appalling? Not one apology was issued my way. Women come here based off their own insecurities. They save money to work on themselves, to fix their "flaws and blemishes" only to be treated like the less popular of the class, by the mean girls. The amount of unprofessional I witnessed- from clients talking inside my room about other clients across the hall, to the women ignoring me- yet discussing relationship drama with one another. The experience one should receive at any establishment as such, should understandably be given the upmost compassion, a sincere understanding as to why her client made this decision; Such an important moment in the clients lives that is to be taken serious and carried out with respect. This staff: Shame on you. Shame on you for looking down on others, for allowing your own personal life inside your work facility. For disappointing a woman who saved years and thousands of dollars leading up to this day, this big moment. You should really ask yourself if you are in the right line of work, if you care to make a change in someone's life. If you're in the business of uplifting other women. My entire summary in a nutshell: unprofessional staff, seemingly showing favoritism from higher class individuals. Complete and utter disregard for others privacy. These women in this facility seem to thrive off of making others feel uncomfortable. If any staff takes anything at all from this review, please think hard about the struggles these women are facing with insecurity only to come into your clinic all excited and ready, full of hope for "the future new and improved" and then ridiculed, treated as less and l to feel not good enough. Given the impression they are in your way, are of an annoyance and want you rushed out of there as fast as possible. So many let downs. I would highly suggest you never do business here and to never allow them to take advantage of anyone else. read more

This is probably my all time favorite hair salon. Leslie really listens to what you want and makes it happen, while leaving your hair healthy and silky smooth! Im a Latina that's always struggled with "brassy" highlights.... not no more!! Get your appt, you won't regret it. read more

LMC Beauty Factory is the best! My friends and I do our hair with Leslie and my cousins do their hair with Natasha. Both ladies are truly amazing and talented! I am extremely picky with my hair and have switched stylists many times because I've never really felt that anyone has delivered exactly what I asked for. However, Leslie nails it every time! Arielle has also styled my hair and she is amazing. I have also done my makeup with Jackiy and my mom does her brows with her regularly. The entire staff is truly gifted at what they do and not to mention very friendly. Not once have I been here that I am not offered something to drink such as water, coffee, or tea. They really make you feel comfortable and welcome. I could not recommend this salon enough! They are also reasonably priced for the amazing quality and service you are getting. Make your appointment well in advance because they get booked really quickly!! Update: I have done my hair with Leslie in the past, but I recently decided to book an appointment with Yvonne since she was available when I wanted to color and cut my hair for an upcoming trip. She did a great job on my short haircut, and also did an amazing job on my color. When I expressed to Yvonne that I felt the initial color result was too subtle, she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it. Amazing salon. Very professional and I love my haircut. Their computer systems were down and I wasn't able to make an appointment, however the staff was so nice and allowed me to have a consultation about future hair color options that would complement my hair color. Although I wasn't able to have my hair colored today, I was however able to get my hair cut and styled by Alessandra. She was so nice and super helpful and did a beyond amazing job with my haircut. This was my first time to LMG salon and definitely won't be my last. Thank you Alessandra for my wonderful haircut and I can't wait to see my hair after it is colored. read more

The salon is nice and big but empty when I showed up, so wasn't sure why I waited good 3 months for this appointment but I needed a cut really bad. It's my fault I didn't ask for the price in advance but Im used to paying up to $75 in the city or more for a nice cut but I didn't expect $80 for a half hour quick cut using layer scissor and blow dry all within 30min with no special cut technique. I literally had 3 inches chopped off. I guess I had a higher expectation for the cut and time but $80 is a bit high for the location and a half hour simple cut. Since I had time, I had her style, per pictures online all looked greatly skilled but I end up with tight curls not professional looking, which I regret even curling it after. She really went basic and almost lazy on me so I was really disappointed. I made a follow up for a trim appt to hold a spot in few months for a wedding but if they will be charging at this rate again, I will not return. The salon is pretty and the girls are really nice so unfortunate for the price, I may have to reconsider. For the location and cut, doesn't justify it at all. read more

I have been getting my hair cut, styled and colored by Leslie for YEARS. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does, and her clients 'wants' will always come first! I've been going to Leslie for many years, I swear she has magic hands that make your hair grow at an amazing rate and healthy of course! Let me start by saying that I live in Kendall and I drive all the way to Miami Lakes in rush hour traffic just for Leslie. She is the only person allowed to color my hair.
