The owner for months fed me story about rain and being backed up but could never give me an appt date. After months of trying to get an appt I asked for a refund and was told they don't get paid until the voucher is redeemed. I will b contacting living social to see what they can do to assist with getting a refund or getting the company to come cut my yard. I have been more than patient. I haven't even heard anything from them.

Then for 2 weeks they cancelled and rescheduled. Now I have waited another week with no phone call left wondering. I have wasted several hours on their no shows. Interesting that the owner wrote this... "We Strive to service your property on time when we say we will. If for some reason (weather, sickness, or mechanical issues) we can not make it the day we stated, we will notify you and let you know when we will be there. We will not leave you wondering.. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!!…read more Absolutely terrible workmanship!! My turf installation is horribly un-level. His craftsmanship fails at every task. He does not take time to square anything, cut proper angles or lengths of materials. My turf dimensions were 1 foot off in the width and 4 foot off in length. His crews use cheap tools with extremely dull blades on the saws making the cuts horrible. He destroyed the side of my yard bringing in the materials and left my yard in ruins. He brought me a bag of "Kentucky" grass seed to plant in my Zoysia grass as a repair. They left a huge mess in my culdesac where the sand and dirt were delivered. Now he will not answer a text or phone call. We are hoping to take him to court to recover some funds to have the turf and yard repaired. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. HE MAY BE CHEAPER BUT IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE LONG RUN!!!
