They were incredibly professional and super kind to us answering our very basic questions. So patient. I was impressed. My traditional Chinese dad is not easy to please and he really was happy with them! They showed us pictures of the roof and explained what areas were damaged. The evolution of damage was also discussed. They explained to us the next steps to help get the roof fixed including what to do with the insurance company. I appreciated this as I was clueless. Stetson even went above and beyond by cleaning part of our gutters that was causing the roof leak!!! We are so grateful to him for taking the initiative and doing this without being asked. Four replied...ONE was contacting us almost immediately and continue the communication on Saturday and Sunday! Looking at the reviews, there was one that stood out for sure, and we had hopes they would be the ones available to come to our home. *****Atrium Roofing ***** All I can say is WOW! We did have urgency for an estimate because of the rain predicted to come this weekend and week. Our roof was compromised during the last big storm about 4 weeks ago and we have had leaking in our Master Bedroom :-(. Mr. Jose Puente communicated with us through my Yelp!
